Gluten Free Brownies

Highlighting Hearthy Foods Almond Flour to make this weekend favorite, baked good. 



Ingredients: 

  • 2 Eggs 
  • 1 stick Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla 
  • 1/2 c. Sugar 
  • 1/2 c. Hearthy Foods Almond Flour 
  • 1/3 c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Walnuts 
  • 3 tbsp Chocolate Chips 


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350’F
  2. Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. 
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, vanilla and eggs. 
  4. Now pour the wet mixture into the dry. 
  5. Mix well and then fold in your chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. 
  6. Pour the mixed batter into a parchment lined 9x7 rectangle or 8x8 square baking pan. 
  7. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. 
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes then enjoy!
