Recipe for Jell-o

Here is an amazing recipe for Jello using Beef Gelatin Powder - Unflavored Certified Halal Gelatin – Hearthy Foods

Ingredients:

14grams gelatin (2Tablespoon)

2 ½ cups (590 ml) of boiling water
Instructions:

Pour the boiling water into the bowl with the gelatin powder. Stir the mixture continuously until the gelatin has completely dissolved. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes.

Once the gelatin is completely dissolved, allow the mixture to cool slightly. You can let it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer, you can skim off any foam that may have formed on the surface of the gelatin mixture.

Now, pour the gelatin mixture into individual molds or a large serving dish. You can use any shape or size of molds according to your preference.

Place the molds or dish in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin has set completely. For best results, it's recommended to refrigerate it overnight.

Once the Jello has set, it's ready to be served! You can either enjoy it as is or add various toppings like whipped cream, fruits, or sprinkles, if desired.
