Bovine Colostrum Chia Seed Pudding
Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients
¼ cup Chia Seeds
1 cup Sweetened Oat Milk
¼ cup Hearthy Bovine Colostrum
Fresh berries to top
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk Milk and Colostrum together until smooth before adding chia seeds. Continue mixing for a few minutes then pour mixture into two small jars and set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or set overnight. Chia seeds absorb 10 x their weight, so the longer they stay in the refrigerator the thicker the pudding will get.
Note: A healthy serving of Chia seeds is 1 ½ TBSP twice a day, in this recipe we used 4 TBSP. If using unsweetened milk, you may want to add 1 TBSP of a sweetener of your liking (Honey, Agave, Maple Syrup) can be substituted.
